i made tang yuan today!!! its a belated "dong zhi".
put flour, mix water, put sugar, put the red colouring for half of the doughed thingy.
roll into balls, other shapes =D and cook in the big pot of gulau melaka thingy.
so nice! so sweeet...
ate 16 including the fat factory made ones with sesame inside.
